SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative
We believe healing begins with coming home to yourself.
About soulmed
SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative was born from a simple, profound truth: Black women deserve spaces where they are not expected to be strong, productive, or okay all the time.
We are a culturally-grounded emotional wellness ecosystem, a gathering place for reflection, encouragement, community, and gentle tools that help you understand yourself more fully.
SoulMed exists in a space between inspiration and healing. We are not therapy. We are not a quick fix. We are the hand on your shoulder that says: you are not too much. You are not broken. You are someone who has been carrying a great deal, and you deserve support that sees you.
What we belive
People are not broken. Many people are carrying patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that once helped them survive, but may now be keeping them disconnected from the lives they desire.
Healing begins with awareness. Awareness begins with curiosity. Curiosity begins when someone creates a soft enough space for you to ask: What am I actually carrying? What does my body know that my mind is still catching up to? What would it feel like to soften.
SoulMed is that soft space.
What makes Black women different
We center Black women. SoulMed was created with and for Black women. Our language, our approach, our community and our tools reflect the lived realities, wisdom, and healing needs of Black women specifically.
We are not hustle culture in a wellness costume. We do not believe your worth is tied to productivity. We do not believe healing is something you accomplish. We believe healing is something you practice, gently, over time.
We believe wisdom already lives inside you. Our tools are not designed to teach you something you do not know. They are designed to help you hear what you already know, and trust it.
About the Founder
SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative was founded by Brandi Williams, a strategist, facilitator, and deeply human-centered thinker who has spent her career helping people and organizations understand what is keeping them from what they actually want.
SoulMed is the personal-facing expression of that work. It is built from the belief that the same curiosity that helps organizations heal can help people come home to themselves.
Brandi built SoulMed because she needed it. The women she loved needed it. A softer, more grounded, more culturally honest form of wellness has always been worth building.
