Come home
to yourself.
You have been carrying a lot. Showing up, holding it together, taking care of everyone else. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost the thread back to yourself.
SoulMed is the place Black women come to slow down, reflect, and gently understand what may be out of alignment, so they can find their way back.
This is not a hustle. This is not a fix. This is a softer way to be well.
A culturally grounded emotional wellness ecosystem.
SoulMed is built for Black women who are ready to stop surviving and start living from a place of awareness, intention, and care.
We are not a therapy practice. We are not a productivity system. We are a community and a set of gentle tools designed to help you come back to yourself, at your own pace, in your own way.

People are not broken.
Many of us are carrying patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that once helped us get through. But those same patterns can keep us disconnected from the lives we actually desire.
Healing begins with awareness. Awareness begins with curiosity. SoulMed helps you ask the questions your body and spirit have been waiting for you to ask.

Healing begins with coming home to yourself.
SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative was born from a simple, profound truth: Black women deserve spaces where they are not expected to be strong, productive, or okay all the time.
We are a gathering place for reflection, encouragement, community, and gentle tools that help you understand yourself more fully. We are the hand on your shoulder that says: you are not too much. You are not broken. You deserve support that sees that.
Softness with a spine.
We center Black women.
SoulMed was created with and for Black women. Our language, our approach, our community, and our tools reflect the lived experiences, wisdom, and healing needs of Black women specifically.
We are not hustle culture in a wellness costume.
We do not believe your worth is tied to your productivity. We do not believe healing is something you accomplish. We believe healing is something you practice, gently, over time.
We believe wisdom already lives inside you.
Our tools are not designed to teach you something you do not know. They are designed to help you hear what you already know, and trust it.
Gentle tools for the journey.
Every offering was created with one intention: to help you slow down enough to hear yourself. Start where you are. There is no wrong door.
Soul Notes for the Journey
Encouragement + Entry PointSoul Notes are not affirmation cards. They are printable reminders, blessings, and soft truths for the moments when you need to breathe, soften, remember who you are, or share a little love with another sista.
Whether you tape one to your mirror, tuck one in your journal, or slip one into a friend's hands, Soul Notes are the kind of encouragement that feels like a hand on the shoulder.
EXHALE
Reflection + Self-AwarenessEXHALE is a guided reflection experience designed to help you pause, notice, and begin to understand what may be out of alignment in your life. Sometimes encouragement opens a door. EXHALE helps you walk through it.
It asks questions like: What am I carrying? What patterns keep showing up? What does my body know that I haven't let myself say out loud? No diagnosis. No pressure. Just honest, gentle reflection.
EXHALE opens in ChatGPT. You'll need a free ChatGPT account to begin.

Challenges
Growth + Daily PracticeSoulMed Challenges are free and low-cost guided experiences that help you build rhythm, awareness, and small practices that support your well-being over time. These are not performance challenges. They are alignment challenges: invitations to slow down, pay attention, and return to yourself a little more each day.
Soul Sessions
Community + Monthly Support CircleSoul Sessions are a monthly gathering where Black women come to be supported by other Black women. Part support group, part sisterhood. A room, virtual or in person, where you don't have to hold it together, explain yourself, or be okay. You just have to show up.
Every circle opens with one question: What are you carrying today? From there, we get curious together. No fixing, no advice unless you ask for it. Just honest reflection, held in community, so you don't have to set it all down alone.
Where we gather changes month to month. Join the list and we'll tell you where to find us next.
BLK GRL Recess
Rest. Play. Softness. Sisterhood.
BLK GRL Recess is what softness looks like out loud. A day to put the weight down, play like you did before the world got heavy, and be in a room full of Black women who get it. Rest, laughter, stillness, and sisterhood, all held with intention.
Come build the block with us. Grab your ticket, or reach out to bring Recess to your city.
Softness, felt.

I'm Brandi Williams.
I didn't create SoulMed because it sounded good on paper. I created it because my body, my spirit, and my life forced me to tell the truth about what I was carrying.
For years I lived the cycle so many Black women know by heart: high-achieving, emotionally available, spiritually starving. I was leading social justice campaigns and carrying communities while quietly unraveling inside. My nervous system was depleted, my joy was thin, and my body kept waving red flags I kept pushing through. I didn't slow down until the crash came.
That unraveling became my doorway. I dug into emotional wellness, trauma-informed practices, nervous system healing, nutrition, and the cultural realities shaping Black women's stress. Slowly I rebuilt myself: softness first, structure second, purpose on top of that. And I realized something that changed everything. Black women aren't overwhelmed because we're weak. We're overwhelmed because we've been carrying generations of what the world refuses to hold.
SoulMed is the sanctuary I needed. It isn't self-care lite. It's a sisterhood, a homecoming, a reclamation. If your spirit is asking for somewhere to land, you're already in the right place.
