What You Can Do Inside Soul Sanctuary

Spend 10–15 minutes chatting. Try prompts from different moods or archetypes.
After each session, log your experience in the Soul Sanctuary Ratings Sheet.

Rate accuracy, tone, clarity, and resonance (1–5)
Add any notes — what felt healing, off, or powerful
Tip: Try at least one chat in each archetype’s energy — Lola for boundaries, Pearl for grace, Viv for renewal, and Chanel for softness.
